suffer with back pain for 11years

back pain  can become a problem and a strain to our lifes if we are not prepard.Chronic pain took over everything i enjoy, loved and cared about .The pain never once told  me when it was leaveing.  you see chronic pain rented out my legs, shoulder and lower back.

do not have back fusion surgery until you have exhusted every single option you have.
