Need Advice

How can you get help if the doctor your going to doesn't want to help you and the staff treat you like crap. What kind of doctor doesn't send you out a statement when their owed money. I am in need of understanding from my doctor about my medications

I am currently on Vicodin 7.5/325 evry 12 hr. I have been on this for about 10 months after trying all the other non narcotic meds my doc wanted me to try. He will not listen when I tell him my body has built up a tolerance to the meds. He will not even call me back himself, he has his nurse call me, and then he wants me to come in to talk to him...
