Too sensitive about the use of the word "Migraine"?

I have arachnoiditis and I am looking for solutions.

Healthy exercise for arachnoiditis

I have had arachnoiditis for almost 3 years now. Walking for longer than 8 minutes is intolerable. I am trying to stay healthy and keep my muscles in shape but everything I do aggrevates the pain in my legs and low back. Is there any exercise I can do that will not aggrevate the arachnoiditis?

blood tests for chronic pain

has anyone ever had a blood test for homocysteine,methylmalonic acid,and folic acid for chronic cervical (neck) pain? what would the results indicate? beanie

Are there exercise moves that are addicting?

It may be tough to fit a workout in, let alone a few simple toning exercises. However there are some workouts that can be addicting and have you coming back for more. I found one that involves a couple different styles of dancing, Denise Austin's Fat Burning Dance Mix. Are there any cool, unexpected or addicting workouts that you have?

55 yrs. old in chronic pain. I have had 3 back surgeries along with a host of epidurals in my back. Problems include herinations, stinosis, degenerative discs (all in back) and herniated discs in neck.

Living with chronic back/neck pain

Need some emotional support and suggestions. I take a ton of medications, have trouble sleeping, need to keep working and feeling a bit depressed/anxious about it.
