Aquatherapy for Pain

My spine specialist recently RX'd me 4 weeks of aquatherapy. I have Fibromyalgia, thoracic back pain due to accident injury and neuropathy pain. What don't I have, right? Sleepless

I am currently suffering from Morphine tolerance. Any suggestions? Little/no pain releif with lots of opiate side effects.

several herniated discs & scoliosis

Keeping Busy

By my keeping busy in several organzations, it helps me to keep my mind off of my pain. Thus it is not my main focus and thoughts.  Keeping busy will help.
