flupirtine for fibromyalgia like symptoms and other neurogenic disorders

My doctor told my about a drug called Flupirtine that is being used in clinical trials in the U.S. for treatment of fibromyalgia. I haven't been diagnosed with fibromyalgia but I do have fibromyalgia like symptoms. Today I had the fm like symptoms and took my first dose of Flupirtine. After 45 minutes my symptoms were gone. ... Fibromyaligia & Medication

I was using Fenytal Duragesic Patches, along wih Lycria, Mobic, and it was a great combo for me, but once I moved from CA too TX that all changed. Currently I'm still searching for a doctor who specializes in treating Chronic Pain patients. At the present time I'm not on any pain meds and it's een very frustrating for me.

Major Problems w/ Med. 8627L18 Pain Mgmt

Girlfriend suggested I submit this to seek help and/or help another with my story so here it goes: I had a failed l4-l5 fusion w/ hardware, surgery never helped w/ lower back pain or sciatica in left leg.
