The stress hormone cortisol may provide relief to people with
fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome, a California researcher
says. Dr. Kent Holtorf reviewed the results of 50 published studies
and found that early treatment with cortisol helped improve and
reduce the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia.
Holtorf's own study of 500 patients showed that by the fourth
