Symptoms
  • Sensation of fullness or pressure in lower abdomen
  • Pelvic cramping or pain with periods
  • Abdominal fullness, gas
  • Increase in urinary frequency
  • Heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia), sometimes with the passage of blood clots
  • Sudden, severe pain due to a pedunculated fibroid
