Ibuprofen best for kids' pain, study finds

The pain reliever ibuprofen may be the best choice for some kinds of pain in children, a new study suggests. Researchers in Canada gave comparable doses of ibuprofen, acetaminophen, and the prescription med codeine to children with muscle or bone injuries.
