Moderate to severe migraine pain can be treated as effectively with
aspirin as with Imitrex, a recent study has found. Researchers
recommend trying aspirin first and then using prescription meds
only if necessary. The only exception is for people who have
extreme migraine pain that interferes with daily life. Those
patients should start immediately with prescription meds.
