Insoles don't prevent back pain, study finds

Researchers say there's little strong evidence that insoles prevent people from getting back pain or that the shoe inserts help solve existing back pain. The scientists say further research is needed to determine if the insoles provide any benefits to back-pain patients or if they help prevent the condition. Read more »
