If you take Zanaflex (sometimes prescribed for muscle spasms, periodic limb movement disorder, or as a headache or Migraine preventive), you need to be aware of a recent MedWatch alert.  Acorda Therapeutics, makers of Zanaflex, and the FDA have informed healthcare professionals of changes to the contraindications and warnings sections of the product labeling.
