Exercise May Protect Against Gallstones

People who exercise often are much less likely to get painful gallstones than people who are "couch potatoes," British researchers say. The investigators say that 17 percent of all gallstones that require medical treatment could be prevented if everyone would increase the amount of exercise they do by one level.  Read full story >
