I have been coughing since July 20, 2008 and still that dry hacking, sometimes bronchial cough, along with sneezing, runny nose, and shortness of breath.

Can you tell me what I have?

Sincerely,

Rose M. Flynn

You should see your doctor and explain your symptoms. We cannot and do not diagnose conditions on this site.

Your symptoms could indicate several things, so you will need to see your doctor.

Coughing and shortness of breath can be signs of asthma. Take this asthma assessment to see if your symptoms are similar to those of an asthmatic.

Runny nose and sneezing are often signs of allergies. Allergies also trigger asthma symptoms. Take this allergy assessment to better understand if your symptoms are better or worse during different seasons or in certain conditions.

Understanding your symptoms better can also help you ask your doctor more questions to help you manage your condition.

    Good luck!

Could be asthma or acid reflux.
