I was playing bridge with friends and another sneezed into her cards - no tissue.

I am sure that is how I got my cold.

Ask your friends or all you know to cover the nose and mouth whenever cough or  sneeze

this will prevent the dieseas to sprend from one to another

My doctor told me that because I take Nexium and have less stomach acid to help me fight off germs, I might be more likely to get sick.  I suspect that there's some truth to it, because while I never used to get colds much, I now get them fairly often. Have also had bacterial food poisoning twice since I've been on Nexium, even though I ate the same food as my family (and they never got sick.) So, I'm wondering whether I 'll be more susceptible to the swine flu too.  That could be serious, since I have serious reactions to just about every antibiotic out there, and if I would catch pneumonia after the flu, there's a good chance I wouldn't survive.  I've nearly died three times from antibiotics in the last few years, because they close my throat.  I may try to cut my dose of Nexium. And I'm kind of hoping that what my doctor theorized isn't true. I'd hate to think that Nexium could be putting me at more risk.

What your Dr. didn't tell you:

You don't need to take my word for what I am going to tell you, Just pull-up Pure Cranberry Juice on you Website. And you'll see the pure cranberry juice is the most natural and powerful anit-viral liquid that you can find on your store's shelf today. It is used also for bladder infections. Here is what you need to do to use the Cranberry Juice as a medication. First off, You don't buy cranberry juice with sugar added as it will be counter-productive in the treatment. The Cranberry Juice is quite sour, so you then add Pure,"no sugar added", Apple Juice to the Cranberry Juice that makes it more platable to the taste. And then add 100 mg of crushed Ascorbic Acid, Vit. C to each 8 oz of your mixed juices. Do check with your Dr. But then I doubt that he will have any knowledge of the use of Herbal Medicines.
