I have had cold symptoms for four weeks now,

I cannot shift it the cold (headache, congestion, achy, cough). DRs has given me an inhaler and nasal spray, but this does not seem to be making an improvement. I am also taking cold and flu capulets, drinking lots of water. Is there any thing else it could possibly be?
