Q: Treatment for bulging disk caused by arthiritis.

what treatment would you recommend for a bulging disk caused by arthiritis.  I have had 1 shot for sciatic and 2 shots further up my back to help reduce the imflamation and the leg pain and heaviness. Most of the heaviness disappeared and some of the leg pain.  However, my back aches something fierce.  I also went through physical therapy which didn't help.  I still try to do some of the exercises to build up my core. For the next, inorder to stay out of the operating room, is to try eletrothermal catheter therapy.  What are your thoughts?
