Treatment for bulging disk caused by arthiritis.

what treatment would you recommend for a bulging disk caused by arthiritis.  I have had 1 shot for sciatic and 2 shots further up my back to help reduce the imflamation and the leg pain and heaviness. Most of the heaviness disappeared and some of the leg pain.  However, my back aches…
