what could a sore throat for weeks combined with light-headedness-bloating and lack of energy be?

I just don't feel right. I get dizzy for no reason and my throat hurts; possibly swollen, I am very lathargic, bloated, and at the moment nasiated and my last period wasn't quite normal.

Hmm, this could be a lot of things... or nothing serious at all.

 

Headache, sore throat, fatigue and malaise (just not feeling well), are symptoms of both the common cold and the flu.

 

But bloating and irregular periods are generally not caused by either infection. Sore throats also shouldn't go on for weeks. Most sore throats only last a day or so.

 

It's too difficult to tell here what may be the trouble, so you should make an appointment with your doctor and be very specific about the symptoms you are having.
