Have you been to your doctor?
Sinusitis generally improves with treatment and, many times, the symptoms simply go away after a few weeks.
If you have chronic sinusitis, then you need to be under the care of a physician for the long term.

Probablty have a sinus infection. Ihave a lot of discharge that is yellow and clear; runny nose with congestion. And a headache sometimes.
