Q: my 5 yr son is suffering from deviated nasal septum to left and right maxillary sinusitis.he often has bouts of cough,fever,nose and troat itching along with severe leg and head pain..what to do?

Findings from CT scan--maxillary,ehhmoid,frontal and sphenoid sinuses on either side are well pneumatised.Minimal mucosal thickening noted in right maxillary sinus.Right osteomeatal unit blocked aaaand left osteameatal is patent.Right inferior turbinate hypertrophy,Enlarged adenoids.
