Q: In Brazil we are not able to buy the medicine Tamiflu

In Brazil we are not able to buy the medicine Tamiflu and the government will give it only after the positive result which takes so long (16 days average!!!). I would like to know if any another country follows the same process which from my point of view is wrong since the person should take the medicine during the first 48 hours.

Countris such as Switzerland and England can buy the medicine in the drugstores.

Understand that it is because the government has no condition to buy medicine for every person who can not afford it and would be a shame that only who can buy it can get rid of the flue (personal opinion).
