I'm not stuffy, coughing or sneezing, but i'm achey, exhausted, headache, earache and feeling a lot of pressure around my sinuses. my arms are achey and tired and i just want to sleep ... can you have a cold or flu without sneezing, coughing runny nose?

I have exactly the same but have no idea what it is, my joints r achhy too, when i stand i feel as if my knees could give way, please help somebody! :(

I'm worried because I tested negative for Flu A&B(which includes swine) I had a very soar thought and fever, after 3 days of just soar throat I'm better. I was also very weak and lethargic
