I'm not sure what you're asking.
I don't think air purifiersw prevent the spread of cold and flu or other respiratory illnesses caused by viruses or bacteria.
If you want to stop the spread of those illnesses, your best bet is to cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze using the cook of your elbow, not your hands. Wash your hands often and do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth after shaking hands with others or after touching things that many people have probably touced (like door handles and knobs, light switches, etc.).
