From 5 days i am sufferimg from common cold. I get tired within a bery shoert time if i stay in front of books or a computer or walk even in a short time. Also i am cot getting interested in taking foods. In such situation what type of food i should take ang get more energised so that i can study well. And what time of the treatments can be done at home. Further i donpot have fever and sometimes i have headache.
If you're sure you have a cold, then you should really just stay in bed, get as much sleep and rest as you need and drink fluids. You could try water, orange juice or hot tea. But do not drink alcohol or caffeinated beverages (like coffee or soda pop).
The cold doesn't last very long so if you take it easy, you should be feeling better very soon. If your symptoms persist for more than a week or two, or if they seem to be getting worse, then you should definitely see your doctor
