Your watery nose may not be caused by an infection (such as the common cold), but instead may be something called vasomotor rhinitis, which is a fancy way of saying that your nose runs for no reason.

 

It could be irritant rhinitis (which is essentially the same thing), which can be triggered by smoke, environmental toxins, changes in temperature and humidity and stress.

 

My nose runs when I get really hot or when I'm exercising or eating spicy food!

 

If you're really concerned, then you should ask your doctor about it. Your doctor may be able to help you figure out if there is something that is specifically causing your runny nose.
