I have real bad allergies. Last year, for the first time, I was diagnosed with bronchitis. I do not smoke. Now, for the past three weeks, I've developed the same symptoms. My doctor gave me a prescription for Cheratussin w/cod syrup. Is that medication for Bronchitis? Will this problem continue each year. I've had a tumor in my esophagus since 1990, so the continuous coughing hurts.
