Hi. I have had a cold and productive cough for 6 weeks.

I have been to the doctors, I have been given anti biotics and they did not work. I have now been referred for blood tests and a chest Xray, although doctor is convinced this is viral. Does any one have any help they can offer?

I have had the exact same thing!! although after the antibiotics did not work, my GP has given me an inhaler and nasal spray!, but I still feel ill after 5 weeks now....
