Should i see a doctor?

My ears hurt, My nose is runny and stuffy, i know i'm breathing but i feel like it's hard to breath, and i feel like i can't get enough sleep. I don't have any insurance and i can't afford a doctor. Do you think it will go away by itself or should i be alarmed and see a doctor?
