Q: I am in constant pain and constantly taking strong painkillers what could be the problem?

I have had a hip replacement last september and a micro-discectomy  a few years ago,but fell off a push bike on my operated leg a few months ago and now I have  lower back pain, hip pain, leg and knee pain, ankle pain, pins and needles in the same leg.

I had an mri on my knee and bone was badly bruised according to my Doctor,I also have:-

Hot flushes with profuse sweating, tiredness and no energy levels, also my elbows keep cracking and fingers, the noise is so loud people can hear it.

I am so desperate to know why this has come on so quickly, and I am taking Tramadol Kapake Amitryptaline, vit D.

Does anyone know what could possibly be wrong with me?? as my Doctor just keeps giving me more and more painkillers and this constant pain is depressing me.
