Q: Early this year I started suffering from bad back ache due to not having the correct type of chair at work.

I was given diclofenac by the doctor and and finally the correct chair, whiche helped things, but its been almost a year now and I still have the backache. For the past few months on top of the I have muscle and joint pain all over my body but mainly in my shoulders and arms, my joints pop constantly and I suffer headaches daily. I feel tired a lot of the time and I don't seem to feel better after sleeping. I went to the doctor and he put it down to my bmi classing me as obese for my height, I'm 5'4 amd a size 14 and all I was told was to swim. I went to a ifferent doctor and he told me to do some stretches to help with the muscle ache but nothings help and the pain gets worse each day. I'm worried it's something abit more seriousn like arthritis. I'm 25 but know you can get it at any age. Please help!!
