Q: My child is 18 months old, couphing and throw in up mucus, what can I do to remedy this situation?

My daughter is 18 months old and she is coughing and bringing up mucus; I have used over the counter medication and it's not working. Can you provide me with some home remedy to solve this major problem? Thanks in advance for your tremendous support
