Q: Chronic pain and no rheumatic factor what could it be?

I am a 17 years old and i am in constant pain all day long, and i have had pain as long as i can remember the pain is always in shoulder neck and chest area but i also have pain in my wrists, hips, buttox, upper and lower back, ankles, hands, feet, and thighs, as well as tension headaches or migranes. other issues i suffer with are sleepproblems lack of appetite and fatigue i have bin tested for rheumatic factor and it was negative i cant keep living like this if you have any ideas of what could be causing this please tell me, im almost at my breaking point.

 

 P.S i have bin to doctors, massage therapists, physical therapy, and a chiropractor all except the doctor have told me they can't help
