About 6 weeks ago I started getting bad headaches at night, which would wake me up. Then they came in the day time too. I never ever got headaches before this.
Then a week after the headaches, I started feeling flu-like sick - body aches, skin hurts, felt like I had a fever of 110, but there was no fever. I wasn't sick but had all the symptoms.
I've became really weak where a gallon of milk seems heavy. My muscles hurt to the touch, it's hard to walk up and down the stairs because my calves hurt so much. My muscles are disappearing (I worked out 4 times a week before this, and just quit 2 weeks ago because it was too hard and painful, and they shouldn't be shrinking this fast). Last week, my feet started to swell but especially my left foot got so huge by night every night for a week. I can't stand up for a long time or I can't walk far without feeling sick from exhaustion. I'm out of breath all the time, my chest hurts, my neck hurts, my left lymph node on my neck is swollen. How I feel is the worse feeling ever, I do not feel like myself at all. I sweat terribly, I've noticed I've been over-sweating for about the last 5 years but it really started getting bad the last couple of months.
I went to the doctor a couple of weeks ago and they did blood work and said my thyroid levels were high and made me an appointment with an endocriologist but I can't get in till next week. I just want to know if all this sounds like tyroid problems because when I looked it up, some of my symptoms didn't fit the thyroid problem. I just feel terrible right now and it's hard to function every day.
