Q: Numbness and tingling in hands, occasional blurry vision and numb ear canal?

I have had numbness and tingling in both of my hands for months now. In the last few weeks I have had my vision go blurry about 3 times lasting between 30 seconds to a couple of minutes. Today my right ear canal has went numb but I can still hear.i have a neurology appt set for a month from now :( In the meantime I'm wondering if all of these symptoms could be related. I guess I should also mention I have high blood pressure and I am a 39 year old female. Any input would be appreciated!
