We learned that green veggies could help reduce the risk of mouth cancer.
New research published in the Annals of Oncology found that people who have poor nutrition habits significantly increase their risk of developing mouth cancer. The study went on to say that eating cruciferous greens at least once a week decreased the likelihood of mouth cancer by 17 percent.
These cruciferous vegetables, such as bok choy, watercress, broccoli and cauliflower, also have been found to reduce the risk of kidney cancer, esophageal cancer and breast cancer.
