Does Vitamin D Help With The Flu

A new study that included 19,000 American men and women has found that people who don't get enough vitamin D have a higher risk of respiratory infections than people who do get enough of this nutrient. For the study, researchers used data from a survey that assessed the vitamin D levels, nutritional habits, and respiratory infection rates of participants.
