Schools shouldn't close during fall flu season: Goverment

The U.S. government is urging school officials not to rush and close schools during the upcoming fall flu season. The H1N1 swine flu will likely spread among students, teachers, and administration, but officials say that basic hygienic measures can be taken that will allow schools to remain open. And the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say that students and teachers who have had the flu can return to school 24 hours after their fever is gone.
