Flu boosts risk of heart attack, but vaccine helps

People who get the flu--especially those with heart disease and diabetes--may have a higher risk of suffering a heart attack, British researchers say.  But both the seasonal flu and H1N1 flu vaccines can help reduce people's flu risk, thus lowering people's heart attack risk.  Read full story >
