You don't say what your level of COPD is, but no matter what it is, please know that you are not alone! There's a lot of help out there -- and there are many people who have been where you are right now and are willing to reach out and help you make your way through. This is a time of uncertainty....questions, worries, and more questions. We know that and that's why we do what we do.
Again, even though you don't say what level of COPD you have (if you don't know your FEV1, ask your doctor), read everything you can about COPD here on Health Central. No matter what level you are, please read my post on end stage COPD. You'll find a lot of positive, courageous folks who are here to tell you that you can live well with COPD....for a long time!
