Monday, March 03, 2008 at 08:48 PMI wish you tons of luck. Many people find motivation to quit for good after they experience an illness. Unfortunately once health returns, often the temptation to smoke returns too. If you can keep that image in your mind of how good it felt to be a nonsmoker, that will become a source of inspiration for you.
And you know cigarettes really only taste good once the taste buds have been deadened by smoking. After you've been smoke-free for a while and you have the full return of your senses of taste and smell, I doubt you'll think cigarettes seem so attractive :)
best,

Friday, March 14, 2008 at 05:28 PMI have found on this two months of being smoke free: my body doesn't want a cigarette as bad as my mind tells me it does.
I do hope that you are able to obtain a smoke free lifestyle~~the one day at a time is sometimes not enough. There were times when it was one minute at a time.
My prayers are with.
