The best support I found was/is from people on other smoking sites that have yet to give up the habit. I'm using chantix & have 31 days w/o nicotine. I quit on May 23. How is your plans f quiting going. Remember, a failure is simply a success thathas not happnedd yet. "I Go Forward Not Straight".

Thank you so much for your support. I thought I quit but have been cheating left and right--still smoke a lot less than I was. Are you still smoke free?

I am happy that you are quitting smoking. I quit April 1 and am still waiting for my lungs to clear all the way out. I smoked for over 35 years and am 48 years old now though. I am the mother of 2 and the grandma to 5 also. I feel so much better yesterday I bought a air purifier for our living and dining room and it seems to help since my husband still smokes. Good luck!!!

Thank you for your support--the air purifier sounds like a great Idea.
