I'm glad it rings true. It's so important - even vital - to be validated in what we feel. Often challenges that begin with physical disorders and later relating to emotional issues are held inside because we think, "It must be JUST ME who feels this way." Talking with others and learning this is not the case is so comforting, even liberating..."It's NOT just me. This is normal. And I can go on!" Smile
