Friday, January 11, 2008 at 04:51 PMIf citizens and public health groups would send a few letters to other food and retail chains, it may persuade them to be as socially responsible as Wegmans. Even very large chains like Walmart or Target could be swayed if they thought that customers wanted them to have a more acceptable policy towards public health.
