Living with COPD: Ten Myths - Busted!

This is a great Share-post.  Since I do all the cooking here,

the tips will come in handy.

    I live in a Veteran's house, and it seems I am the only one who

can cook!  There are 13 Veterans in this house, so I usually cook

all holiday meals.  Been doing it for 6 years now.

     I also cook all evening meals here.  I do not mind doing it,

because some of our men have disabilities from the battlefield,

and my heart goes out to them. I have been fortunate, as I spent

all my service time out at sea on a aircraft carrier.  The only problem

I really have is COPD, which is self-inflicted.  So I never feel sorry

for myself.
