If anyone has any helpful tips to help fight the cravings....please share. I am actually doing well on cutting back and hope to be smoke free by April 17th. I find the Thrive gum works well as does sucking on mint candies.
I quit nearly 9years ago, and the thing i found really helpful was, when i had a craving for a cigarette I had a drink of water and it worked every timeI hope it works for you. good luck.
