I feel like I wanna rip off this patch and smoke lie a train. I crave one worse now then when I was weening myself down just to start the patch.     EmbarassedHANG IN THERE, YOU 'CAN DO IT' I'M IN MY 4TH DAY NOW ..ALREADY FEEL LOADS BETTER...BUT WHAT YA GOTTA DO IS CREATE SOMETHING ELSE IN THE TIME YOU WOULD PICK UP A SMOKE GO FOR A LONG WALK, HAVE A CUPPA TEA... DO SOME READING/GARDENING BETTER STILL I'V GO THE OLD CHEWING GUM...I'VE SEEN FIRST HAND WHAT SMOKIN CAN DO IN MY FAMILY...ALL MY UNCLES ARE DYING OF HEART DISEASE AND LUNG CANCER..MY DAD DIED OF BOWEL CANCER RATHER YOUNG...ITS EVIL ..DO'NT GIVE UP..KJAREN FROM NEW ZEALAND

    YU may feel alone but ur not!!!   I definately feel skitzo, nthing feels right, nothing is good enough..........    I'm using chantix & am 31 days w/o nictoine & a smoke sure does sound good.   I need to look at it as   "I surrender having NO power towards these cig., it is ou of my hands".    Yet at the same time, smokers don't have a choice but to smoke where non-smokers have a choice as long asthat first drag is not taken.
