The cravings come and go, but nothing that a walk
around the neighborhood can't fix. I actually wish

Today I woke up and realized that I did not have a cigarette
for two weeks. The lozenges are a big help for me, and any cravings
I get, are easily walked off. I am able to walk a lttle bit faster without

Well, this is my 11th day smoke free, and I am having
a fairly easy time of it. I average 12 Lozenges/day,
so they are really helping with the cravings.
It is starting to get colder here on Long Island,
and with the short time without cigarettes, I notice
