I have had 2 cigarettes this morning.

After smoking them, I was angry with myself,

for being so stupid.  I immediately went on

the Nebulizer, and also took my inhaled

Asmanex, coughed all the junk out of my

lungs, and decided that 59 years of smoking

was enough.

I am now using the Commit Lozenges, and I feel

good about myself now, confident that with the

help CopdConnection.com I will be successful this time.

If anyone wants to talk, my add'y is

Take care,

John
