Today I woke up and realized that I did not have a cigarette

for two weeks.  The lozenges are a big help for me, and any cravings

I get, are easily walked off.  I am able to walk a lttle bit faster without

getting out of breath.  On Monday, I am going to extend my walks

to 45 minutes; 30 minutes now.  My appetite is slowly coming back,

and I am eating more veggies.

All in all, it is turning out to be a positive experience.

I'm feeling better, I am eating better, and I am enjoying getting

out in the fresh air again.

If you are struggling, or just want to talk, hit me up,

and we can share ideas, etc.

I am at  johncallahan62@yahoo.com

The best to all,

John
