I am back.  I have been off-line since Tuesday.

But now all is fixed.

  22 Days smoke free.

The cravings come and go, but nothing that a walk

around the neighborhood can't fix.  I actually wish

it was more difficult for me!  I have to watch out for

an attitude of " I've go this thing licked."  That was

a problem the last time I tried to quit.

I've convinced myself that I have to stay focused

on my quit plan, keep writing in my quit journal, and

watch out that I do not think I can have just one.

I can, "NOT SMOKE" is the positive reminder I use.

It is better than the negative, " I cannot smoke."

Anyway, it works for me!
